Prices include bed and a full English breakfast. Reductions are available on stays of longer than three nights and for children under 14. We also offer a single occupancy rate. Picnic or packed lunches are available if ordered the day before. Payment can only be accepted by cash or cheque. Oak Farm is a non-smoking bed and breakfast; smoking is only permitted in the garden. Unfortunately as we are a working farm we do not accept dogs.
So if you have a date in mind that you would like to book you can contact us by post or phone or by filling in the Contact Us form with the detail of the dates you would like to stay, the number of people and rooms you will want. A deposit of £25 is required to reserve your room which is non returnable if the booking is cancelled with less than seven days notice.
From April to October we regret we do not normally accept single night stays from Friday, Saturday or Sunday. On Bank Holidays we only accept a minimum stay of 3 nights. Booking in time is normally after 4pm, please advise us if you will be arriving after 6pm. If you require the room before 4pm please contact us in advance.
